Debbie is a Human Resources professional and Coach with
20+ years experience providing leadership, consulting, coaching, and
counseling to all levels within organizations.
She has extensive experience working with major organizations, non-profits,
and start-up companies. Before starting Oxman Associates, Inc., she worked
in human resource management capacities at PSFS/Meritor Savings Bank,
Advanta Corp., and 4anything.com. She has coached executives in
organizations mentioned above and in her work at Oxman Associates both in
career transition and in corporate management issues. She serves as Career
Coach for people across the country.
Debbie has appeared on Philadelphia cable news CN8 show Money Matters, Radio
Times on NPR (WHYY) and has been interviewed by CNN.com and KYW TV. Debbie
has spoken at a number of national conventions and local organizations.
She serves on the Board of Directors of Forty Plus and is President of
Management in Transition (MIT), both non-profit organizations dedicated to
supporting people through career changes. Debbie has a BBA in Human
Resources from Temple University.
