90-Day Compass Business & Marketing Strategy Program

Have a big project or big idea? This program is for the small business owner who wants a complete and integrated approach to growing your business. Great for kick-starting a big project, launching a new product or service, or moving forward on a big goal where you want to walk through the project together.

Using my exclusive Compass Model, you can explore any of the 7 areas where your business can grow -- or choose one area and focus deeply on it.

This Compass Program includes:

Six 45-minute phone consulting sessions over a 90 day period (13 weeks).
Typically, we talk every 2 weeks by phone so that you will have plenty of time between calls to implement the items we discuss. If you want to do the six phone calls closer together, we can arrange that, too.
$1,625 for the 90-Day Program.
Add unlimited email support between phone calls, for the full 90 days, for an additional $1,025. This allows you to send me documents and website pages for review, and to ask short questions between phone calls.

60-Day Smart Start Program

This program is great for kick-starting a big project, launching a new product/service, or moving forward on a big goal. Also great if you want accountability and brainstorming while working on your business.

The Smart Start Program Includes:

Four 45-minute phone consulting sessions over a 60 day period (8 weeks).
Typically, we talk every 2 weeks by phone so that you will have plenty of time between calls to implement the items we discuss. If you want to do the four phone calls closer together, we can arrange that, too.
$1,050 for the 60-day program.
Add unlimited email support between phone calls, for the full 60 days, for an additional $700. This allows you to send me documents and website pages for review, and to ask short questions between phone calls.

Compass Strategy Intensive

Take your existing business to new levels. The perfect program if you're ready to transform your business and marketing models, launch a new project or program, or want to brainstorm and review marketing techniques and materials.

The Compass Intensive includes:

Two intensive hours together, either via telephone or in-person in my office in eastern Pennsylvania.
Strategic preparation form so you can prioritze the topic focus.
$750 for the Compass Strategy Intensive.
