Compass is a five-week program where we meet once a week for an hour. We have deep-dive discussions about your business and revenue model. We’ll discuss goals, plans, and strategies. We’ll identify problems and prioritize which to solve first for maximum results.
Before each meeting, we’ll design our agenda for the meeting based on your highest priority challenges and decisions. As you design and implement your action plan, you move forward quickly by solving problems as they arise.
