Whether you need to solve a pressing problem, think strategically about your business, design a smart marketing plan, or simply bounce ideas off me — the best way for us to work together is either a private Strategy Session or as part of my Leap Year mastermind group.

I have been working with small business owners for 20 years and what I hear consistently is this: You have a goal and you get stuck — either because you have a problem to be solved or you need a piece of information you’re missing.

The solution is to carve out time to “put on your CEO hat” and think strategically about your business by working with a coach or consultant.

If you’ve got too many thoughts in your head and you need to speak with a trusted advisor to create clarity and direction, here are several ways we can work together:

Private, one-on-one Strategy Sessions

Whether you want consulting, coaching, or a bit of both, Strategy Sessions will be perfect for you. I work with private clients in two ways:

• a two-hour Strategy Session so we can deep-dive into your situation and design solutions and action plans quickly. Strategy Sessions are $500 and include reviewing your documents or materials prior to our session.
• a six-week Strategy Program – we four times over a six week period, and step through your business goals and challenges. This gives you time each week to implement your actions from our session. We meet for 60 minutes for 4 meetings, and this includes unlimited emails between meetings. The fee for the Strategy Program is $1,200

All Strategy Sessions are virtual, either by phone or Zoom video conferencing.

Once we talk through your strategy, finding solutions, making decisions, and designing an action plan, you’re ready to move forward. You can book additional time with me when you need it, no big commitments or inconvenient scheduling hassles.

Leap Year Mastermind Group

Leap Year is a group of small business owners who meet monthly to share collective wisdom and support each other as they work towards their goals. Whether you want to solve a problem, shorten the learning curve, be held accountable for getting things done, or simply want another set of eyes and ears on your idea, a mastermind group is ideal for you. These groups are geared toward solopreneurs and micro-business owners with less than 5 employees.

I have been running mastermind groups for small business owners since the 1990s and have been teaching people how to create and run mastermind groups since 2004. Learn more about the Leap Year mastermind group here.

Compass Master Program

Perfect for: consultants and coaches who sell their services to other small businesses

Do you sell services to and work directly with small business owners? There are millions of small businesses that need your help. If you are a small business consultant or coach, the Compass Master Program will help you build your practice.

• We start with a 2-hour Kickstart session to discuss your goals, plans, strategies, and problems to solve right away.
• Then, we have four additional meetings over an 8-week period. This allows you to find clarity and focus on strategic plans and ideas, and work through problems that arise as you implement your plans. You also have unlimited access to me via email throughout this time.
• The fee for the Compass Master Program is $1,500.
